Math-This week we will continue practicing multiplying and dividing decimal fractions.

Assessments: Students will be assessed weekly based on information covered in the classroom. Students are more than welcome to take their math notebook home to use as a study tool.

Homework: Math homework will be assigned on Monday and will be expected to be turned in on Friday morning. I will not collect homework until Friday morning.
We will be finishing up our dialogue practice with making comics. We will begin to discuss how to include figurative language into our writing.

Math- We will continue working with multi-digit multiplication as we progress, but we will still be working on review of module 1 material as our new material builds upon what we have already done. Homework: Homework is due the next day after being assigned, unless noted in the agenda.

Science- We took our microorganisms test on Friday and we will be beginning our next unit on Monday. We will be starting classifying organisms in our next unit. There will be a lot of vocabulary to go along with this unit, so please review this with your child at home each night.
I am available for science test retakes any morning this week, so please have your child let me know if they would like to come in the morning!
